Our Leadership

Frank Alfonso Jr. is the Owner and Founding Principal of Magnus Account Services. Born and raised in Miami-Dade, he understands the significant role that small businesses play in the Miami Dade Economy. Simply put, 81% of all businesses in South Florida are Small Businesses, and more importantly, he understands how much the landscape has changed over the years.

Frank Alfonso Jr. brings Over 30 years of experience in Operational Accounting and Finance, with a background working for Large Multinational Fortune 500 Companies. He has worked in regions such as North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia. He has worked in building brands and startups financially. Working in creating strong financial controls and financial operating procedures to safeguard owner assets and strong financial reporting, as well as value tax preparation and operational forecasting, is valuable to any small business owner.

Frank Alfonso Jr. attended Miami Dade CC, Florida International University, and Marymount Manhattan College. Holds a B.A. in Economics, Business Administration and International Business.
